If you are already a part of the ELS family and are re-enrolling a student or applying for an additional child/sibling, please use your PRAXI Parent Portal and the appropriate form.

RE-ENROLL Current ELP to Preschool
-For current ELS preschool students re-enrolling for another year of preschool.
ENROLL ELP Students Grade K
-For current ELS Preschool GRADUATING students returning for Kindergarten.
ENROLL a SIBLING in Preschool
-For current ELS Preschool families, enrolling a sibling in preschool.
ENROLL a SIBLING in Grade/Mid
-For current ELS Preschool families, enrolling a sibling in the Grade/Middle School (Kindergarten-8th Grade)
