Dear ELS Parents, Students, and Teachers,
We are thrilled to announce our next incredible travel opportunity for the ELS Travel Team: Japan 2026! This promises to be an unforgettable educational journey filled with history, culture, adventure, and fun.
Estimated Travel Dates:
March 15 – March 23, 2026 (with flexibility between March 14–24)
Trip Highlights:
Explore Osaka Castle and discover Japan’s rich samurai history.
Travel to Nara to visit the world-famous Todaiji Temple and meet the friendly deer.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Kyoto, strolling through the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, Fushimi Inari Shrine, and the breathtaking Golden Pavilion.
Ride the iconic bullet train to the Fuji-Hakone-Izu region, with views of Mount Fuji, caves, and traditional villages.
Experience the vibrant energy of Tokyo with visits to Asakusa Temple, Akihabara Electric Town, Ueno Park, and the Tokyo National Museum.
Taste authentic Japanese culture: green tea ice cream, sumo-style hot pot, and even an arcade adventure.
Explore Yokohama with a scavenger hunt, ramen museum, and time in Chinatown.
End with modern highlights like Harajuku, Tokyo Tower, and the famous Shibuya Crossing.
This trip blends hands-on cultural experiences with must-see landmarks, making it both educational and exciting for all ages.
