Schoolpass Information

New legislation requires us to run background checks on volunteers and visitors. To properly comply, we have purchased SCHOOLPASS. This software will help us update procedures for both students and volunteers.

Parents/Guardians will be able to check your students in or out digitally using the SchoolPass Mobile App. If you are running late or picking up early, this process will be tracked more efficiently.  We will provide more information on SchoolPass features for parents in the coming weeks.

In addition, all volunteers/visitors will need to check in at the office using SchoolPass. This involves a quick scan of your driver's license and provides a printed name badge. The state is creating a database called the Harm to Students Registry, which will be implemented by all schools over the next school year. We are simply staying ahead of the curve.

Hot Lunch Update

Please plan on packing lunches for the month of August. We are still working out some contract details with our new vendor and securing commitments from local providers. We will work to offer these lunch options ASAP!

Health Records

Students entering Kindergarten and 7th grade have more responsibility when it comes to health records. Many families are missing needed paperwork. Please contact Mrs. Cambra ASAP if you are missing necessary documents. We will work with you if you are still waiting for documents or appointments, but PLEASE contact Mrs. Cambra so she can make note of arrangements. The Health Department will come to school and review our records. We simply want to ensure we are up to date. Thank you.

Looking forward to seeing new and familiar faces next week!

Mr. Rempfer
